How can I place an order for a kitten?
To place an order, visit www.kittensup4sale.com and select an available kitten.
You can reserve your kitten directly on our website by completing the reservation form, accepting our Terms & Conditions, and submitting a deposit using a secure credit or debit card payment.
KittensUp4Sale is a USDA-licensed, family-owned pet store, and all kittens are sold directly through our business.
We often have select kittens available at our Pembroke Pines, Florida location that are ready for immediate purchase and pickup.
Availability changes frequently. Some kittens are already in our care at the store, while others may still be completing vaccinations or travel arrangements. To check current in-store availability, we recommend contacting us directly or visiting our location during business hours.
Kittens available for immediate pickup have:
-
Completed required veterinary exams
-
Age-appropriate vaccinations
-
All necessary documentation
How do I pay the remaining balance?
If shipping is arranged by us, the remaining balance will be invoiced by email and can be paid securely online by credit card. Full payment must be completed no later than 2 days before the scheduled shipping date.
If you choose in-person pickup, the remaining balance is paid at our Pembroke Pines, Florida location on the pickup date.
A 7% Florida sales tax applies to in-location payments.
Why do I have to wait before my kitten arrives?
We work with established international breeding partners and follow strict veterinary and import protocols.
Each kitten must:
-
Receive at least two FVRCP (PCH) vaccinations
-
Receive a rabies vaccination
-
Be at least 16 weeks old before entering the United States
Once a kitten reaches the required age, pickup or shipping arrangements are typically completed within 2–3 weeks after a deposit is placed.
Can I see a kitten in person before placing a deposit?
We do not keep all kittens at our Florida location before reservation. Kittens are brought to the U.S. only after they are reserved and have completed required vaccinations and age requirements.
However, before placing a deposit, you may request:
-
Additional photos and videos
-
Information about temperament and personality
-
Photos of the kitten’s parents
Requests can be submitted through our website or by email at sales@kittensup4sale.com.
How does cargo shipping work?
Cargo shipping costs $575 regardless of destination within the U.S.
-
The kitten travels alone in a climate-controlled carrier
-
We book the flight approximately one week before delivery
-
Flight details and the Air Waybill (AWB) number are emailed to you
You will pick up your kitten at the airline’s cargo facility by presenting your ID and AWB number.
⚠️ Breed restrictions for cargo shipping:
Exotic Shorthair, Persian, and Burmese cats cannot be shipped by cargo.
Airlines do not transport live animals if temperatures exceed 85°F or fall below 22°F, in which case shipping will be rescheduled or alternative delivery arranged.
What does “shipping with a nanny” or “hand delivery” mean?
Hand delivery (also called nanny shipping) means a professional courier flies in the cabin with your kitten.
-
You meet the courier at the arrival airport
-
The kitten travels in an airline-approved soft carrier
-
Cost for hand delivery is $900
This option is ideal for breeds not eligible for cargo shipping.
My online payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
In most cases, declined payments occur due to:
-
Daily spending limits
-
Online purchase restrictions
-
Fraud protection blocks
Please contact your bank or credit card provider to authorize the transaction, then try again.
Are you a breeder?
No. KittensUp4Sale is not a breeder.
We are a USDA-licensed, family-owned pet store established in 2016 and located at
1800 N University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida.
All kittens are sold directly by our business, and we work with established breeding partners while overseeing veterinary care, documentation, and placement.
Can I transfer my deposit to another kitten?
Deposits are non-transferable because a portion of the deposit is committed to secure your chosen kitten.
An exception may be considered only if:
-
Both kittens are from the same breeder
-
The original kitten is not spayed/neutered
-
Registration documents have not been issued in your name
All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Credit & debit cards (excluding American Express)
-
PayPal (including PayPal installment plans: 6, 12, or 18 months)

Financing through Credova and Terrace Pets

We recommend organic litter fillers, such as:
-

Paper pellets
These are safer for kittens and dissolve naturally if accidentally ingested.
What food do your kittens eat?
Diet may vary slightly by kitten, but commonly recommended foods include:
-
Royal Canin Mother & Babycat
-
Hill’s Science Diet for Kittens
-
Purina Pro Plan (grain-free options)
Treats may include Applaws chicken filet or tuna.
For sensitive stomachs, a temporary gentle or raw diet (as advised by a veterinarian) may be recommended.
